Return Policy:

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

Returns and exchanges on not discounted items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it with original receipt and original packaging within 14 days If the item is returned unworn, not washed or altered, with all labels on it,  Terra New York will pay a refund based on the original payment method. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on all returned items.  

Merchandise must have all tags attached.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box may result in a fee

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Terra New York e-boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit
Upon receipt of the item, we will credit back within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our erroror damaged item. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
